Position Overview MCI is a tech‑enabled business services company. We are hiring Remote Technical Support Representatives to provide customer technical assistance across industries. This is a full‑time, hourly role. Candidates must have prior call center experience, reside within 80 km of our office, have a high‑speed internet connection, a quiet work environment, and strong English language proficiency. Position Responsibilities Respond to inbound technical support requests via phone, chat, or email. Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues. Guide customers step‑by‑step, escalating complex issues when needed. Document all interactions accurately in the system. Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of products, services, and support procedures. Ensure customer satisfaction with timely, effective resolutions. Follow company protocols and security guidelines for sensitive information. Collaborate with internal teams to improve support processes and experience. Meet performance metrics: resolution time, customer satisfaction, attendance. Candidate Qualifications 18 years or older. High school diploma or equivalent. Previous call center experience. Work‑from‑home experience. Strong command of English. Typing speed 20 WPM or faster. High‑speed internet connection. Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). Familiarity with Windows operating systems. Skilled in troubleshooting and follow‑up. Able to multitask and self‑manage effectively. Excellent interpersonal skills. Conditions of Employment Must be authorized to work in the country where the job is based. Must submit to a Level II background and/or security investigation with fingerprint. Must submit to drug screening. Compensation & Benefits Compensation is competitive and based on experience.
