Your Responsibilities You are a transformation-owning, outcome-delivering, forward-deployed solver who architects AI-native systems that move from hype to real outcomes. You’ll be a Directly Responsible Individual (DRI) for designing and leading applied AI architectures that reimagine how enterprises work, compete, and grow. Key Responsibilities Take ownership of full-lifecycle development of innovative AI/ML solutions, ensuring technical excellence and profound business relevance. Lead the design of cloud, data, and AI architectures that align with complex client requirements. Collaborate with cloud consultants and OEM partners to architect and implement modern, scalable AI solutions across Google Cloud and AWS. Drive Solution Design & Pre-Sales Excellence: orchestrate POCs, deliver compelling presentations, develop solution proposals, technical specifications, and business use-cases; own the technical solution’s impact. Lead by Influence & Ownership: be the DRI for client outcomes; mentor colleagues; foster a culture of iteration and continuous improvement; embody the Searce values. Deliver intelligent AI-native outcomes by applying our proprietary evlos methodology; translate client challenges into AI-powered solutions; identify new business opportunities and guide client journeys on Cloud. Experience & Relevance Enterprise AI Architectural Leadership: 10+ years of software development, leading AI solutions on cloud platforms (Google Cloud and/or AWS). Strategic Cloud-Native Design: deep understanding of enterprise-scale solution architecture and AI-native modernization. Client-Facing Architectural Acumen: ability to interface with clients and contribute to pre-sales or solutioning contexts. Proven track record in architecting, building, and deploying AI solutions that deliver substantial business value.
