Senior Recruitment Manager Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end recruitment processes across various functions and levels. Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies. Partner with business leaders to understand hiring needs and workforce planning. Mentor and guide the recruitment team to ensure consistent high performance. Ability to analyze recruitment data and provide actionable insights. Extensive experience in BPO or similar industries preferred. 2. Sourcing Manager Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract top talent. Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs. Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements. Utilize multiple channels, including social media, job boards, networking, and referrals, to source candidates. Maintain a database of qualified candidates and track sourcing metrics. Qualifications: Proven experience in talent sourcing, preferably in a recruitment agency or corporate setting. Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, tools, and technologies. Excellent research, communication, and relationship-building skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver quality candidates in a timely manner. Extensive experience in BPO or similar industries preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr
