Project Management Able to do reports for the consumption of the project architect, project manager and partners. Establish budgeting and monitor man‑hours. Faithfully translate concepts provided by partners. Able to coordinate with engineers, discuss options and issues, and align design drawings to create a coherent, efficient and coordinated set of drawings. Able to manage architects below one’s grade and designers to orchestrate necessary works. Able to coordinate with suppliers, vendors, engineers and owner representatives for project completion, and incorporate vendor and supplier specifications. Support the design and technical team. Able to meet deadlines, commitments and schedules. People Management Able to command the respect of designers below his level by demonstrating good conduct and directing design activities. Able to command the respect of engineers by demonstrating good conduct, directing design activities, and showing command of the design concept. Able to supervise the works of team members within a given time and budget, and to teach the group on design and construction issues. Able to delegate work to designers and focus on design management. Client Management Able to present concepts and ideas through floor plans, perspectives and other means to convey design ideas to clients. Able to discuss design parameters and changes with clients and explain their necessity. Create a healthy relationship with the client as ambassadors of 260 Inc. Arrive on time to meetings and submit deliverables on schedule. Self Management Honest, organized, creative, able to think outside the box, and able to organize thoughts and explain ideas to the project team. Willing to accept constructive critiques and re‑work designs as directed by the supervisor. Self‑motivated, able to look beyond what is needed to complete a task. Able to work harmoniously with peers and supervisors, creatively with a spirit of service to the profession and the company. Able to establish internal deadlines to meet project schedules and communicate them to the team and management. Licensed architect with 10+ years of experience. Proven work experience doing design work and its implementation in an architectural firm. Knows QA and QC processes. Attention to detail and accuracy. Has the ability to communicate and write in English proficiently. Has superior knowledge of Autodesk software, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office programs. Has experience using other architectural software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, and BIM/Revit.
