Ensure compliance with GAAP and other regulatory requirements. Coordinate preparation of regulatory reporting. Oversee daily accounting activities: accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, payroll. Implement and maintain accounting policies and procedures. Assist in preparation of the annual budget and financial forecasts. Monitor budget performance and analyse variances. Provide recommendations for cost control and efficiency improvements. Develop and maintain internal controls to safeguard assets. Conduct internal audits and implement corrective actions as needed. Work closely with other departments to support overall company goals. Collaborate with external auditors and provide necessary documentation. Qualifications Graduate of BS Accountancy. Must be a Certified Public Accountant. At least 1+ year of relevant work experience as an Accounting Manager (people management role) from a client‑centric accounting firm or BPO organization. Expertise in accounting principles, tax laws, auditing standards, familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle). Experience in Big 4 and BPO setting is a plus. Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise responsibilities, and meet deadlines. Able to explain complex financial concepts clearly to non‑financial stakeholders. Strong leadership, team management, and client management skills. Staying updated with changing accounting standards, regulations, and technologies. Amenable to work on a hybrid set up.
