1 day ago Be among the first 25 applicants We are looking for a Business Development Representative who will be primarily responsible for all activities related to generating new leads and closing new sales opportunities. Our organization places particular emphasis on preserving our culture of collaboration therefore, the ideal candidate is one that thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment where every team member has an equal opportunity to contribute to our success Job Responsibilities Generating leads through various channels Conducting cold calls to prospective clients Managing CRM databases Representing the company at tradeshows and conferences Customer Relationship Management Handling inbound sales opportunities Completing 200-250 phone calls daily Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities Participating in and contributing to organizational meetings Requirements An entrepreneurial spirit with a “whatever it takes” attitude A team player who is coachable and can adapt to any circumstances A desire to contribute to all facets of the organization and collaborate with all team members A desire to seek continued personal growth while helping the organization achieve new heights An ability to think outside of the box and prioritize activities according to the needs of each circumstance A general people-person that enjoys communicating and interacting with all types of diverse populations Exceptional communication skills Consistently self-motivated and is able to be self-managed with the ability to learn fast and react fast Exceptional multi-tasking capabilities and strong organizational skills Be a high-energy-performer with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting Lead generation and Digital Marketing is a plus Healthcare sales/marketing experience is a plus Consulting services sales/marketing experience is a plus Minimum Technical and Work Environment Requirements Internet Connection Primary internet connection with a minimum speed of 15 Mbps. Backup internet connection with at least 10 Mbps. Backup connection must be capable of supporting work during a power outage. Primary Device Desktop or laptop equipped with at least: Intel Core i5 (8th generation or newer), Intel Core i3 (10th generation or newer), AMD Ryzen 5, or an equivalent processor. A minimum of 8 GB RAM. Backup Device Must meet or exceed the performance of an Intel Core i3 processor. Must be functional during power interruptions. A functioning webcam. A noise-canceling USB headset. A quiet, dedicated home office space. Peripherals and Workspace: a smartphone for communication and verification purposes.
