Providing leadership direction, training, and coaching to 3D artists to help them develop their skills and achieve their full potential with the help of management and associates. Set clear SMART team goals. Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture. Assist in creating visual content for print, digital, and multimedia channels, ensuring the quality and consistency of the brand image. Help manage project timelines in collaboration with Project Management to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality deliverables. Creating storyboards and visual presentations to communicate design concepts to clients and stakeholders. Ensuring that all artists have a clear direction, understand their individual responsibilities, and provide support and guidance as needed. Providing training and mentoring to artists to help them develop their skills and achieve their full potential. Effectively manage artists’ performance by actively listening to feedback, resolving conflicts, recognizing high performance, rewarding accomplishments, and providing disciplinary actions as needed. Requirements5 years of proven experience in 3D modeling, animation, or related field. At least a year of leadership role Strong leadership and communication skills; able to manage a small team of artists effectively. Proficiency in industry-standard 3D software ( Blender, Maya, ZBrush) Solid understanding of modeling, texturing, rigging, lighting, rendering, and animation pipelines. Ability to review and critique team members’ work constructively and ensure quality and consistency. Experience in coordinating with project managers, designers, and other departments to meet deadlines. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to creative direction and technical feedback. Portfolio or demo reel showcasing relevant 3D work and leadership contributions.
