Your role Review the configuration datasheets and validate them against customer requirements. Perform automated sizing for the selection of the accurate unit. Analyze customer requirements, provide recommended product features, and build models. Evaluate individual instrument specifications and requirements and select appropriate model codes and service offerings. Validate the model number in the business system or tools (Toolkit), such as code requirements, special requirements, and assembly codes. Provide product lead times based on system data. Review the terms for any deviation from Emerson's standard terms and conditions. Check and extract customer-specific information from business systems. Training & development You will be trained in the development, use, and upkeep of GRC and risk assessment tools. You will support other GRC functions, such as compliance, security awareness, and information security policy development, and assist in the generation of GRC compliance reports. This gives you a vital role in helping drive growth platforms and supporting operational pillars while striving for long-term value creation. Compensation & benefits According to Glassdoor, the estimated monthly salary of a Technical Support Engineer I TSA is from PHP 21,000 to PHP 30,000.
