Job Summary

Implementation Engineer is a client-facing technical role responsible for the deployment, customization, and support of SaaS and cloud-based solutions, with a focus on HRMS (Human Resource Management Systems) and HCM (Human Capital Management) platforms. You will work directly with clients, ensuring successful adoption and seamless integration of solutions into their enterprise systems.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Client Requirement Gathering & Analysis

  • Collaborate with clients to understand business needs, particularly in HRMS/HCM processes (core HR, payroll, talent management).
  • Translate functional requirements into technical specifications and implementation plans.

System Configuration & Customization

  • Configure and customize HRMS/HCM systems to align with client workflows.

Deployment & Integration

  • Implement SaaS/cloud-based solutions on platforms such as AWS or Azure.

Qualifications

Education & Background

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++.

The Position
