Managing Director

The Managing Director is responsible for overseeing the overall strategic direction, operational excellence, and financial health of the company. This role ensures the company achieves sustainable growth, profitability, and industry leadership by aligning business operations with long-term corporate goals.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES-
Strategic Leadership
Define and implement the company’s vision, mission, and long-term strategic goals in alignment with board directives.
Analyze industry trends and market dynamics to position the company competitively within the automotive sector.

Operational Management
Oversee all company operations, including Sales, Aftersales, Finance, Marketing, HR, and Compliance departments.
Ensure organizational structures and processes are efficient, scalable, and aligned with strategic objectives.
Monitor KPIs and departmental performance, providing guidance to department heads to meet targets.

Financial Stewardship
Manage the company’s budget, forecasts, and financial planning to ensure profitability and cost-efficiency.
Approve major capital expenditures and investments.
Present financial and operational reports to the Board of Directors.

Business Development & Customer Growth
Establish and maintain key partnerships with manufacturers, banks, dealers, and government agencies.
Drive new business opportunities, product diversification, and geographic expansion.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty through continuous improvement initiatives.

Compliance & Risk Management
Ensure full compliance with local laws, tax regulations, and industry standards, including LTO and DTI requirements.
Identify and mitigate business risks through sound governance and internal controls.

Team Development & Culture
Build a high-performing leadership team and promote a culture of accountability, innovation, and integrity.
Lead by example in fostering a values-driven, performance-oriented work environment.
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a related field (MBA preferred).
Minimum 10 years of senior leadership experience, preferably in the automotive, manufacturing, or trading industry.
Proven track record in strategy execution, organizational leadership, and financial oversight.
Strong business acumen and decision-making skills.
Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Visionary, results-driven, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
