What You’ll Do We are seeking a driven business insights professional to play a key role in reporting, forecasting, and providing analytics to support Birdeye’s global marketing organization. The role involves collecting, validating, analyzing, and communicating operational data to inform business decisions and improve efficiency. The successful candidate will work closely with international marketing leaders and will be expected to operate during US working hours. Responsibilities Provide reporting and analytics support to management to enable data-backed insights. Demonstrate excellent business acumen, quantitative and technical skills, and a strategic understanding to help achieve operational excellence. Support reporting and analytics for the UK, global BDR, and broader Sales organizations. Monitor revenue and marketing funnel metrics to optimize marketing spend and drive revenue growth. Identify issues in the marketing funnel and collaborate with marketing and sales leaders to develop solutions. Improve marketing procedures, data collection, and analytical models. Co-lead the UK forecasting model, developing prediction models for ROAS, CAC, and payback periods. Maintain marketing reports and communicate performance, insights, and areas for improvement. Build dashboards to convert large datasets into actionable insights. Collaborate with sales and marketing leaders on reporting needs. Work with Tableau team to develop dashboards based on requirements. Monitor sales and marketing full funnel performance periodically. Perform ad hoc analyses to improve customer success. Work with cross-functional partners and stakeholders. Requirements At least 6+ years of experience in Business Insights, Marketing Operations, Analytics, or GTM Analytics, with strong data manipulation skills. Knowledge of marketing attribution techniques. Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM. Familiarity with marketing technologies is preferred. Experience with SQL, Python, Data Visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI), and machine learning is a plus. SaaS/B2B experience, especially in US-based multinationals, is highly desirable. Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Business, Marketing, Economics, Mathematics). Proficiency in Microsoft Office or G-Suite applications. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to influence and motivate at all organizational levels. Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively. Self-motivated with a focus on process optimization. Results-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to craft data-driven stories and insights. Capable of thriving in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Positive attitude and attention to detail. The successful candidate will report during PST hours or in a hybrid UK/PST schedule, depending on business needs.
