Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Business Intelligence (BI) Developer to join our team. This role is ideal for a data professional with a strong background in data analysis, reporting, and business intelligence. You will work closely with our VP of Operations to build and maintain data tools and reports, support decision-making, and ensure data quality and integrity across the organization. You will also contribute to developing and optimizing lead distribution software for our team. Key Responsibilities Design and develop reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales metrics, customer acquisition, and revenue, primarily supporting Nooro’s business operations. Conduct ad-hoc analysis to provide insights for strategic decisions and address urgent business needs. Develop and manage ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes to collect and cleanse data from multiple sources, storing it in our data warehouse for operational use. Ensure data accessibility, accuracy, and timeliness for operational and reporting needs across departments. Write and optimize complex SQL queries to extract, aggregate, and manipulate data for analytics, including the creation of programs for operational lead distribution. Optimize database performance and query efficiency to ensure timely access to data needed for Nooro’s daily operations. Engage with Nooro's business teams to understand their reporting needs, translating them into technical solutions that enhance operational effectiveness. Automate recurring reports and data processes, improving efficiency and reducing manual efforts. Build and maintain BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or custom dashboards to streamline data access and delivery for Nooro’s operations team. Implement data quality checks to maintain accuracy and consistency of data. Ensure data security and compliance with privacy regulations, securing sensitive information. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field. 2+ years of experience as a BI Developer, Data Analyst, or in a similar role. Proficiency in BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar). Strong SQL skills, with experience writing and optimizing complex queries. Hands‑on experience with ETL processes and data warehousing. Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights. Familiarity with programming languages such as Python or R is a plus. Experience developing or managing lead distribution software is an advantage. Why Join Nooro?
