Inventory Management: monitors inventory levels, implements turnover strategies, and minimizes overstock and stockouts. Industry Trend Monitoring: identifies opportunities for new products or suppliers, stays updated on HVAC technologies and emerging products. Procurement Process Management: places purchase orders, tracks deliveries, coordinates with suppliers, and ensures compliance with company policies. Supplier Performance Monitoring: works with suppliers to resolve quality or delivery issues and ensures corrective actions. Cost Management and Negotiation: negotiates competitive pricing, tracks procurement costs, and identifies areas for cost efficiency. Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: collaborates with operations, sales, and technical teams to ensure the right HVAC products are procured. Procurement Reporting: maintains records of purchase orders, supplier contracts, and inventory; prepares regular reports for stakeholders. Other Duties: performs related duties as assigned from time to time. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Automotive Engineering, or a related field. 1-3 years of procurement or supply chain experience with a focus on HVAC products (preferred). Strong understanding of supply chain management, market research, logistics, and trends. Knowledge of HVAC products and industry standards. Skilled in negotiation and budget control.
