IT Asset Management Specialist

Makati, Philippines JAKA INVESTMENTS CORPORATION Full time
1. Reporting directly to the Service Delivery Manager and
indirectly to the Service Unit Head, the role holder will
work within the MIS team to provide Technical leadership
on asset management, technology equipment and
operational support for JAKA group.
2. The IT Asset Specialist oversees the administrative
functions and duties within MIS procurement
requirements, inventory management functions and other
attributes to technology equipment’s records.
3. The position is responsible in maintaining records,
databases, containing information regarding licenses,
warranties, and service agreements for the JAKA group
organization’s hardware and software. As well, the
position is tasked with tracking quality through the product
lifetime and minimizing organizational cost through
product standardization and tracking.

Qualifications:

Education:
o Graduate of 4-year computer related field such as BS Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent courses.

Experience:
o Minimum of 3-5 years related work experience

Skill/Other Requirements:
o Relevant IT industry certifications,
o With at least 56 hours of technical training/certifications.
