Position Title: Mortgage Broker Assistant (with Post-Settlement Experience)Work Set-up: Work from Home/Work from OfficeSchedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 am – 4:00 pm PH TimeSalary: Php 60,000.00 Responsibilities Client & Broker SupportServe as a reliable point of contact for clients, providing updates and answering basic inquiries Assist brokers with scheduling, email management, and follow-up communication Help clients gather and complete loan application requirements Application PreparationPrepare and package mortgage applications, ensuring accuracy and lender compliance Enter client data into CRM and loan processing systems (Broker Engine preferred but similar platforms such as Mercury or Infinity are acceptable) Order supporting documents such as credit reports, valuations, or verification forms Track application status and ensure brokers are updated at every stage Post-Settlement SupportProvide ongoing support to clients after loan settlement Send Loan Repayment Summaries and manage annual review processes Organize fixed-rate rollovers, loan variations, and pricing requests Liaise with clients and lenders for discharge requests, switches, or refinance inquiries Administrative & Documentation TasksMaintain digital files, ensure accurate recordkeeping, and update client CRM profiles Follow up on outstanding documentation and lender conditions Prepare monthly reports on post-settlement activities (fixed rate expiries, retention opportunities) Qualifications Experience as a Mortgage Broker Assistant, ideally in the Australian lending industry Familiarity with the end-to-end loan process, including post-settlement tasks Proficient in using mortgage platforms such as BrokerEngine (preferred), Infinity, Mercury, or similar Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail Clear and professional communication in English, both written and spoken Able to manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision A team player who values accuracy, accountability, and excellent client service Benefits Genuinely caring Leadership Team Competitive salary package Company-provided full setup for desktop/laptop with a back-up internet HMO on the first day of hire 15 Vacation Leaves and 5 Sick Leaves Annual Performance Reviews Unlimited Employee Referral Incentives Employee Loan Facilities Social Clubs and Interest Workshops Company events with prizes and recognition for outstanding performance Statutory Benefits: Maternity, Paternity, and Solo Parent Leaves, Magna Carta for Women, Retirement Benefits, OT, and Premium Pays About Boomering Boomering is an ISO-certified, leading BPO company in Clark Freeport Zone, Pampanga.
