Key Responsibilities

  • Property Sales & Client Acquisition: Actively promote and sell properties to achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
  • Generate leads through site walk-ins, referrals, broker networks, and personal prospecting.
  • Conduct on-site property tours and model unit presentations tailored to client needs.
  • Guide clients through the reservation process, documentation, and closing of sales.
  • Broker Network Development: Establish and strengthen partnerships with brokers and sales agents.
  • Recruit and accredit brokers to expand the property’s reach.
  • Provide project updates, sales kits, and assistance to broker partners.
  • Lead Generation & Digital Promotion: Utilize social media and online platforms to promote properties and generate inquiries.
  • Respond promptly to online leads, qualify prospects, and schedule site visits.
  • Collaborate with marketing for on-site events, open houses, and digital campaigns.
  • On-site Events & Presentation Readiness: Participate in sales events, open houses, and promotional activities.
  • Ensure the sales office and model units are well-maintained and client-ready at all times.
Qualifications
  • Background in real estate sales, brokerage, or any direct selling role is an advantage.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Basic knowledge of social media and digital marketing tools is a plus.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
