Account Manager

We’re looking for a results-driven Account Manager to grow our dealer network and drive sustainable revenue growth. In this role, you’ll take the lead in expanding our market reach, strengthening dealer partnerships, and ensuring consistent achievement of sales targets, all while upholding the brand integrity. Key Responsibilities 1. New Account Acquisition & Development Identify, qualify, and secure new dealer accounts within assigned territories. Develop and execute strategic acquisition plans, including target lists and conversion timelines. Conduct dealer presentations, negotiate trade terms, and oversee onboarding until the first purchase order is secured. 2. Sales Growth Create and manage annual and quarterly sales plans per dealer. Achieve monthly sell-in targets through effective forecasting and dealer engagement. Analyze sell-out data to plan replenishment and optimize order schedules. Work with internal teams to ensure order processing, invoicing, and collection goals are met. 3. Dealer Relationship Management Act as the primary contact for assigned dealers, providing excellent after-sales support. Conduct regular business reviews to assess sales performance and marketing effectiveness. Visit key stores to monitor pricing, competitor activity, and overall brand presence. Propose dealer-specific programs to boost partnership growth. 4. Reporting & Collaboration Prepare and present sales and performance reports regularly. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales Coordination, Marketing, Accounting, and Customer Care to ensure seamless dealer support and operational alignment. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 5+ proven years of experience in account management, sales, or business development (preferably in a dealer/distribution setup). Relevant experience in consumer electronics and home appliance industry Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills. Ability to manage multiple accounts and meet sales targets.
