Accounting Manager Hybrid role with a focus on compliance and leadership within the Accounting and Finance function. Responsibilities Ensure compliance with BIR, PEZA, BOI, and SEC regulations. Manage tax filings and statutory reports. Coordinate with auditors and government agencies. Review financial statements in line with PFRS. Supervise general accounting functions and month/year‑end closing. Prepare audit schedules and support inspections. Monitor PEZA/BOI incentive compliance. Implement internal controls for asset and data protection. Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning. Lead and mentor the accounting team. Handle general administrative tasks. Qualifications Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license required. At least 4 years of experience in accounting or audit, preferably with exposure to external audit or public accounting firms. Experience with PEZA and/or BOI‑registered companies is highly preferred. Strong knowledge of Philippine tax regulations and statutory reporting requirements. Proficiency in accounting systems (e.g., QuickBooks or similar ERP platforms). Demonstrated leadership, analytical, and organizational skills.
