Key Responsibilities Administer and maintain Windows Server (2016/2019/2022) and Linux systems (RHEL, OEL, CentOS). Perform system configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting to ensure maximum uptime and performance. Implement and manage virtualization platforms using VMware, Hyper‑V, and Oracle VM. Oversee middleware server administration including JBOSS, WebLogic, and WebSphere. Configure and manage load balancers (Apache, HA Proxy, NGINX) to ensure high availability and scalability. Deploy and maintain containerized environments using OpenShift, Docker, and Kubernetes. Administer Kafka Confluent for platform streaming and real‑time event‑driven systems. Develop automation scripts using Ansible, BASH, PowerShell, and Batch scripting to streamline processes. Lead cloud migration projects , ensuring seamless transition and minimal downtime. Ensure adherence to the OSI model and implement best practices for network communication and system security. Collaborate cross‑functionally with infrastructure, DevOps, and security teams for end‑to‑end service delivery.
