Position Title: Digital Marketing Specialist (SEO & E-commerce) Work Set Up: On-site Schedule: 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM PH Time Job Location: NEPO Site 386 Rizal Extension (Cutcut IT Park), Corner Corazon St., Angeles City, Philippines Quick Rundown: This role focuses on managing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns, supporting SEO improvements, and driving e‑commerce traffic and conversions. The person will collaborate with management to plan digital advertising strategies and analyze performance for ongoing optimization. Responsibilities Plan, set up, and manage Google Ads campaigns focused on ROI and conversions Monitor ad performance, analyze data, and provide regular reports Conduct keyword research and manage ad budgets efficiently Implement SEO best practices for product and landing pages Support content optimization for e‑commerce listings and marketing campaigns Coordinate with the e‑commerce and sales teams to align campaigns with promotions and key products Stay current on Google Ads policies, tools, and digital marketing trends Qualifications At least 2 years of experience managing Google Ads or PPC campaigns Google Ads certification preferred (not required) Basic understanding of SEO and e‑commerce performance metrics Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Google Analytics and Tag Manager Excellent written and verbal English communication skills Why Join the CO Fam At Clark Outsourcing , we’re redefining what it means to work in a BPO.
