Role eCommerce Shopify Specialist / Merchandise Planner Work Arrangement Work From Home Location Any CS Branch - Angeles, Mabalacat, Makati, Ortigas, Tarlac Schedule Morning Shift Responsibilities Manage daily online store operations for a seamless shopping experience Manage and maintain product listings in Shopify, including descriptions, pricing, images, inventory Coordinate new product launches and ensure all relevant details are published accurately and on time Update content blocks and banners on homepage, landing pages, and other as required Support the build and scheduling of email campaigns Work with marketing teams and be aware of the trading calendar (go‑to‑market plans and strategies) Support digital marketing functions (email, Meta Ads) during busy periods Provide weekly and monthly reporting on key business metrics to inform decision making and improve KPIs Assist the Head of Ecommerce and Digital in tasks as required Perform ad hoc duties as required Merchandise Planning Weekly and monthly reports by category to determine best sellers, slow‑moving and out‑of‑stock items Monthly creation of demand planner to determine ordering and sales patterns; include open to buy, range plan, opening stock, closing stock, POs in system, sell‑through, weeks cover Present monthly demand plan to wider team Use insights from demand plan to influence website merchandising Personality & Qualifications We are looking for a team player, a great communicator, and someone who is happy to talk about weekend hobbies. Job Experience 13 years of experience in eCommerce coordination, merchandising, or similar Hands‑on Shopify experience essential Comfortable using Google Sheets/Excel, Canva (or basic image editing tools), Klaviyo, and CMS platforms Familiarity with Shopify apps and integrations (e.g., product review tools, metafields, upsell apps) Flexibility with working hours, ideally overlapping with Australian business hours Tech Stack Shopify Klaviyo Searchspring GA4 Merchant Centre Search Console SEMrush Key Technical Skills Hands‑on Shopify experience (essential) Proficient with Google Sheets/Excel for reporting & demand planning Knowledge of Klaviyo (or similar email marketing platform) Basic image editing with Canva or equivalent Familiarity with Shopify apps & integrations (product review tools, metafields, upsell apps) NICE TO HAVES Experience in demand planning & inventory forecasting (open‑to‑buy, sell‑through, weeks cover) Familiarity with digital marketing functions (Meta ads support, audience creation, Google Ads) Experience with website merchandising based on data insights Exposure to Searchspring, GA4, Merchant Centre, Search Console, SEMrush Strong presentation skills for presenting demand plans Personality fit: collaborative, communicative, culturally aligned with a casual/approachable style Seniority Level Associate Employment Type Full‑time Job Function Customer Service Industries Outsourcing and Offshoring Consulting and Telephone Call Centers Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Cloudstaff by 2x. #J-18808-Ljbffr
