What We Want You To Do As a Video Editor, your primary role will be to create engaging and informative video content for platforms like Facebook and Instagram. You’ll collaborate closely with our CMO to ensure all creatives align with our brand image and objectives. Responsibilities Edit raw video footage into professional, high-quality, and engaging video content. Use storytelling techniques to create compelling narratives that connect with our audience. Perform audio mixing, color grading, and add effects to enhance video quality. Incorporate motion graphics, animations, and visual effects to elevate content. Collaborate with the content team to ensure final products meet overall objectives. Project Completion Rate : On-time delivery of video editing projects. Video Quality : High standards of production, based on internal feedback. Viewer Engagement : Metrics like click-through rate, average watch time, and ROAS. Creativity and Innovation : Bringing fresh ideas to enhance video content. Qualifications Proven experience as a video editor (2+ years). Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects. Detail-oriented and meticulous. A self-starter who works independently. Comfortable working remotely on your own schedule. Excellent written and spoken English skills. A team player open to feedback and quick to implement changes. Proactive and constantly improving your performance. Familiar with tools like Hubstaff, Slack, Shopify, Notion, and ClickUp. You’ll coordinate with the team for at least 4 hours daily in the AEST time zone. The rest of your schedule is flexible and can be tailored to your preference.
