Talent Acquisition Officer @ TOA Global | Constantly striving for Greatness, Fueled by Passion and Determination Intermediate Accountant Location: ClarkShift : 7AM-4PMArrangement: Onsite, Full Time Role Purpose/Job Summary As an Intermediate Accountant, you will be crucial in delivering high-quality accounting services to our clients. You will be responsible for assisting with managing our portfolio of clients, preparing financial statements, and completing tax compliance work for a range of entities. You will have direct access to the firm founder and work closely with him to support our clients. Duties and Responsibilities: Bank Reconciliations, General Ledger Maintenance and Bookkeeping. Balance sheet reconciliations. Accounts Payable/Receivable management. Monthly reconciliations for debtor/creditor accounts. Processing up to Trial Balance stage and preparing financial statements for lodgment with the Australian Taxation Office. Preparation of monthly/quarterly management accounts and reports Preparation of superannuation and income projections Completion and posting of daily timesheets Prepares and records asset, liability, revenue, and expenses entries by compiling and analyzing account information. Maintains and balances subsidiary accounts by verifying, allocating, posting, reconciling transactions, resolving discrepancies. Maintains general ledger by transferring subsidiary accounts; preparing a trial balance; reconciling entries. Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential. Reconciliation of asset holdings and processing of corporate actions. Offer open lines of communication between junior staff & management to ensure targets are met Manually match any remaining transactions ensuring to create rules for all recurring transactions About you: With at least 3 years of work experience in Australian Accounting Previous experience working with an Australian public practice/Accounting firm Knowledge of Australian financials preparation (BAS, IAS, FBT Returns) Excellent communication skills - written and verbal Attentive to details and organized Good time management skills What's in it for you?
