Responsibilities:

• Overall experience in Philippine HR processes when it comes to but not limited to redundancies, NTEs and termination
• Be on top of issues and resolutions related to HR processes
• Confident in problem solving
• On boarding new hires and introducing them to our clients
• Conducts new employee orientation
• Keep internal HR and CRM systems up to date when it comes to employee data
• Provide guidance to all levels of employees regarding personnel policies and procedures
• Continuously recommend process improvements and future enhancements for current processes
• Performs other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree of Psychology, human resource or any related course
• With at least 3 years experience in Onboarding, Training, et.
