We are looking for a Hygiene & Sanitation Associate. As a Hygiene & Sanitation Associate, we rely on you to: Assists the Hygiene & Sanitation Manager and Supervisor in the implementation of the Shangri-La Food Safety Management System (SFSMS), including HACCP and ISO22000 requirements across all food-handling areas of the hotel. Supports daily hygiene operations by performing monitoring, inspections, and documentation activities to ensure food safety and sanitation standards are consistently achieved. Ensures accurate and timely completion of hygiene-related records such as calibration logs, audit data, checklists, and incident reports in accordance with established formats and procedures. Coordinates with Culinary, Food & Beverage Service, Stewarding, Engineering, and other departments in facilitating hygiene activities, corrective actions, and reporting requirements. Provides administrative, technical, and logistical support in internal audits, microbiological sampling, and other verification programs under the direction of Hygiene and Sanitation Supervisor. Promotes a culture of food safety and cleanliness through teamwork, professionalism, and adherence to Shangri-La policies and hygiene practices.
