Job Summary:
As an HR Account Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining relationships with our clients and employees. You will serve as the main point of contact for our clients, providing them with excellent customer service and addressing any inquiries or concerns they may have.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or Psychology
- Preferably with working experience in human resources management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
- Proficient in MS Office and HRIS systems
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in a staffing or recruitment company is a plus
