JLL Taguig, National Capital Region, Philippines Join to apply for the Team Lead - Sourcing & Procurement role at JLL. Duties & Responsibilities Address tickets and elevate to support team as needed. Provide assistance in resolving issues and ensure they are addressed within agreed service levels. Update Standard Operating Procedure documentation as required (procedures, user guides, and training documents). Manage a team of analysts to deliver SLA and efficient help‑desk support. Thoroughly test fixes and enhancements, updating test scripts before deployment to the live system. Assist with system upgrades and service‑pack testing as required. Identify key user‑processing issues that can be reduced by running short knowledge‑transfer sessions. Actively participate in requirements gathering and solution design, produce test documentation and execute testing across systems. Work with the business to document and test enhancements and fixes for production releases. Implement new initiatives and process improvements. Ensure all policies and procedures remain up‑to‑date. Track and analyze ticket metrics to pinpoint frequently asked questions and training opportunities. Performance Objectives Leadership Leads by example. Demonstrates rapid “get‑going” capability.
