Job Description
  • Define and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with the healthcare industry's goals and user requirements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, designers, and developers to create clear product roadmaps and strategies.
  • Monitor product performance and user feedback to identify areas for improvement.
  • Act as the primary contact for technology teams, providing guidance and resolving any roadblocks during development.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards in all product deliverables.
  • Facilitate sprint planning and review sessions to keep projects on track.
  • Analyze market trends to identify opportunities for innovation within the healthcare industry.
  • Prepare and present product updates and performance reports to leadership teams.

The Successful Applicant
A Successful Senior Product Owner Should Have
  • A strong background in product management within the technology field.
  • Experience working in the healthcare industry or on related projects.
  • Proficiency in agile methodologies and tools for product development.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with teams and stakeholders.
  • A strategic mindset and the ability to translate business goals into actionable product plans.
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards is a plus.
