We are now seeking an experienced and results-driven Ecommerce Merchandising & Content Manager with a proven track record in Shopify catalog management and data-driven merchandising strategies. This role goes beyond basic product listing, your mission will be to increase conversion rates, average order value, and overall revenue by ensuring our product data, merchandising strategies, and content are accurate, optimized, and engaging. This is a hands-on leadership role: you will manage the merchandising team, set merchandising strategy, and personally ensure high-quality execution in Shopify. Skills and Requirements: 7+ years in ecommerce merchandising, catalog management, or product content leadership. Proven track record of driving measurable revenue growth through merchandising strategies. Expert-level Shopify experience, including data entry, bulk updates, metafields, and merchandising apps. Strong leadership and project management skills with experience managing remote teams. Deep knowledge of SEO for ecommerce and conversion rate optimization best practices. Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills. Analytical mindset, with proficiency in Google Analytics, Shopify Analytics, and reporting tools. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Ecommerce, or related field (or equivalent experience). Responsibilities and Duties: Leadership & Strategy Manage and mentor the merchandising and content team to deliver consistent, high-quality output. Develop and implement Shopify merchandising strategies aligned with revenue and conversion goals. Use analytics to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for increased sales. Shopify Catalog Management Oversee all aspects of Shopify product catalog setup, updates, and maintenance. Ensure product data, pricing, variants, and inventory are accurate and synced across channels. Implement Shopify bulk editing, metafields, and automation tools to streamline operations. Merchandising Execution Optimize category structure, filters, and search to improve product discoverability. Create and manage cross-sell/upsell modules, product bundles, and promotional merchandising campaigns. Coordinate seasonal and promotional content updates. Content Optimization Collaborate with marketing to create compelling, SEO-rich product descriptions, buying guides, and banners. Maintain brand consistency across all product and merchandising content. Regularly audit imagery, videos, and technical details for accuracy and engagement value. Data & Performance Analysis Track and report merchandising KPIs weekly and monthly. Use Shopify analytics and third-party tools to measure conversion impact of changes. Adjust strategies based on performance insights. US Based Hours Requirement: This position is fully remote, offering the flexibility to work from any location. However, due to the urgent and fast-paced nature of processing orders, we require that 50% of working time aligns with US Eastern Standard time. This schedule ensures you can effectively communicate and collaborate with the rest of the team and respond promptly to the dynamic requirements of our operations.
