We are looking for a Production Manager who will lead manufacturing operations, ensure product quality and efficiency, and uphold the company’s commitment to excellence in food safety and process innovation. Responsibilities Lead and manage day-to-day production operations to meet targets in quality, efficiency, and output. Develop and implement production plans, schedules, and resource allocation to achieve optimal performance. Ensure strict compliance with GMP, HACCP, BRC, ISO 22000, and Halal standards. Coordinate with Quality Assurance, Maintenance, and Supply Chain teams to ensure seamless operations. Oversee manpower planning, training, and development of production staff. Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on efficiency, cost reduction, and waste management. Monitor key production metrics and provide regular performance reports to management. Ensure safety standards and good manufacturing practices are consistently applied across all lines. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Food Technology, or related field. At least 7–10 years of experience in production management, preferably in food manufacturing. Strong knowledge of global recognized standard practices. Proven experience in managing large-scale production teams. Excellent leadership, planning, and analytical skills. Strong background in process improvement and operational excellence.
