Overview

We are looking for a Tech-Support Specialist to start Working From Home within Metro Manila.

What does a Tech Support Specialist do?

Technical support, or tech support, is a customer service role that involves helping users resolve issues with their technology:

Responsibilities
  • Diagnosing and fixing issues — Technical support workers diagnose and fix hardware or software issues. They may also perform regular maintenance on computers and networks.
  • Providing support — Technical support workers provide support to users over the phone, in person, or via online chat or email.
  • Documenting interactions — Technical support workers may generate support tickets to document their interactions with users.
  • Restoring productivity — Technical support workers aim to restore productivity by addressing issues that can disrupt daily activities.
Qualifications
  • Applicants should at least be high school graduates to apply.
  • Applicants should have at least 1 year of BPO Experience to apply.
  • Applicants should be available to start ASAP.
