Overview We are looking for a Tech-Support Specialist to start Working From Home within Metro Manila. What does a Tech Support Specialist do? Technical support, or tech support, is a customer service role that involves helping users resolve issues with their technology: Responsibilities Diagnosing and fixing issues — Technical support workers diagnose and fix hardware or software issues. They may also perform regular maintenance on computers and networks. Providing support — Technical support workers provide support to users over the phone, in person, or via online chat or email. Documenting interactions — Technical support workers may generate support tickets to document their interactions with users. Restoring productivity — Technical support workers aim to restore productivity by addressing issues that can disrupt daily activities.
