Job description

We are seeking a dedicated Human Resources professional with expertise in labor cases and employee relations to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing employee concerns, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and fostering a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Handle employee relations issues, resolve workplace conflicts, and provide guidance to employees and managers.
  2. Manage and oversee labor-related cases, including disciplinary actions, grievances, and legal compliance.
  3. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of labor laws and company policies to ensure compliance.
  4. Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement initiatives as needed.
  5. Provide advice and solutions to improve employee satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications:

  1. Background in Human Resources, with proven experience in labor cases and employee relations.
  2. A degree in BS Psychology is an advantage.
  3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to mediate and resolve conflicts.
  4. In-depth knowledge of labor laws and best HR practices.
  5. Highly organized, with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
