Job Summary

The Corporate Planning Senior Manager supports the President in the creation, communication, execution, and sustainability of strategic initiatives. This role requires a strategic thinker and hands-on leader who can manage cross-functional efforts from concept to execution, ensuring alignment with the organization’s overall goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate closely with the President to conceptualize and implement strategic plans.
  • Lead and support enterprise-wide initiatives, ensuring they are aligned with company objectives.
  • Act as a consultant to business leaders, providing insight and support on strategic priorities.
  • Manage and monitor multiple projects, ensuring timely execution and measurable results.
  • Drive continuous improvement and process excellence across key business functions.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Management, or other related fields.
  • 8–10 years of experience in project management, business development, quality/process excellence, and strategy development.
  • Strong ability to thrive in fast-paced, constantly changing environments with high levels of complexity and ambiguity.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively with business leaders on strategic and enterprise initiatives.
  • Strong multitasking skills and flexibility to adapt as priorities shift.
  • Willingness to work on a flexible schedule when required.
