This is a role ideal for someone who thrives in independent work and is passionate about data, performance, and making an impact behind the scenes. Responsibilities Set up, monitor, and optimize paid campaigns on Google, Facebook/Meta, and TikTok Analyze performance metrics and generate actionable insights Manage budgets and ensure ROI targets are met Work independently to execute tasks and solve problems Collaborate with internal teams to align messaging and strategy Requirements Proven experience with Google Ads, Meta (FB), and TikTok Ads Strong analytical skills and attention to detail Proficiency in Excel for reporting and budget tracking Comfortable working solo and independently Advanced English – written and spoken Experience in media buying or accounting is a plus (not mandatory) Why Join Us?
