Responsibilities
  • Understand the entire business end-to-end, focusing on KPIs and key business growth levers (e.g., take-up, disbursements, reavailments).
  • Conduct deep analysis of business and user metrics across different report formats, supporting proposed initiatives and experimentation.
  • Lead the exchange of ideas through close collaboration with cross-functional teams (marketing, data science, UX, business intelligence, etc.).
  • Coordinate and negotiate with internal and external partners (commercial, enterprise, LGUs, etc.) for campaign enablement, financial literacy programs, account management, and pilot initiatives.
Key Focus Areas
  • Deep understanding of the business, including objectives, KPIs, target segments, and customer profiles.
Deliverables
  • Identify users’ pain points and delight points, translating them into actionable steps based on feedback and available data.
  • Organize and present data-driven analyses, initiatives, and post-mortem reports.
  • Prioritize and execute end-to-end processes for growth and transformation initiatives.
  • Scale and automate growth processes.
