Treasury Assistant (Loans Management)

The Treasury Assistant (Loans & Liquidity Management) is responsible for the Sale of Receivables (SOR) and Contract to Sell (CTS) activities including sale, monitoring and compliance with the developer’s continuing obligations, loan availment and recording of transaction.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Facilitates daily transaction of Sales of Receivables (SOR) and Contract to Sell (CTS) rescission/settlement of account in accurate, error-free computations and ensure timely delivery of payment.
  • Process buyer’s monthly payment for remittance to the bank in relation to Contract to Sell (CTS) and coordinate with concerned departments/sections/units or teams.
  • Analyzes SOP of sold accounts prior to payment remittance.
  • Confirms the veracity of computations on sale, availment, interest rebate on rescission, settlement and, knock off accounts, if any.
  • Performs after-sale activities and monitoring such as but not limited to updating of accounts’ SAP diary tracking, E-log, submission of requirements, e.g. PDCs, CCT, TD and, RPT and updating of corresponding monitoring file.
  • Ensures timely submission of reportorial requirements of the unit such as: a. Daily Rescission/Settlement Report b. Updating of CTS Outstanding Balance as of c. Reconciliation of CTS Outstanding Balance d. Projection Report – CTS Maturity e. Daily TA Report f. Other Report- as requested by the Unit Head
  • Prepare the documentation requirement during application for new SOR/CTS facility and facility renewal through coordination with other concerned departments.
  • Ensures timely submission of official receipts to the bank for all SOR accounts with monthly payment remittance and to Cash Management Services Section for interest payments or settlement of accounts.
  • Prepare the documentation requirement in compliance with the developer’s continuing obligation.
  • Maintain regular communication with banks on SOR/CTS related matters and concerns. Coordinate with internal stakeholders for the continuity of business for information and recording purposes.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Graduate of any four (4) year Bachelor’s Degree related to Accounting, Banking, Finance, or any other related programs.
  • With at least one (1) year work experience in Finance or Treasury in the same capacity, but interested fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.
  • Experience in data analytics and numbers is an advantage.
  • With intermediate knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft applications; SAP exposure is an advantage.
  • With good analytical skills, and numerical skills; and with good oral and written communication skills.
  • Amenable to work in Pasay City, Mondays to Fridays from 9 AM to 6 PM.
