Join ACE Hardware as a Treasury Assistant managing treasury clerical functions and sales collections at SM Mall of Asia. Your Role Key responsibilities include: Act as custodian of Specific Treasury Funds (Loose Change Fund, Petty Cash Fund) and Miscellaneous Receipts (Official Receipt and Acknowledgement Receipt). Manage Store’s Cash and Check Sales collections for deposit and custodianship of Store Funds if assigned as Store Officer-in-Charge. Prepare Loose Change Funds for cash boxes and cash exchanges for counter cashiers. Handle release and recording of cash boxes in the e-treasury system. Deposit receipts and replenish Treasury Funds. Pack coins in different denominations for loose change requirements. Manage cash exchange requirements at BDO. Reconcile bills and coins and record in the e-treasury system daily. Generate Daily Collection Report. Receive, record, and account for cash and check sales turnovers in the e-treasury system. Ensure completeness and accuracy of sales collections for the next deposit. banking day. Submit validated deposit slips timely and report collections to Ace Megamall for Head Office Treasury consolidation. Release petty cash funds and cash advances for store operations. Prepare Fund Disbursement Summary for fund liquidation. Account for and replenish Petty Cash Fund in e-treasury system. Handle issuance and recording of Official and Acknowledgement Receipts and prepare corresponding deposit slips. Ensure safekeeping and proper disposal of items left by customers/employees. Maintain orderliness of the Treasury office and implement safety, security, and proper usage of supplies and equipment. Support management decisions, requirements, and expectations. Perform other related functions as assigned. Collaborate with Accounting Assistants – Inventory and Retail Audit, CounterHeads, and Store Manager. About You The company is looking for: Bachelor's Degree (any course). With or without experience. Basic knowledge of cash transactions is a plus. Female, not over 25 years old. Pleasing personality. Competencies include effective communication, adherence to SM values, attention to detail, general retail knowledge, procedural knowledge, money handling skills, and bank teller skills.
