Overview Building Engineer role at Robinsons Land Corporation. Deputy for the Building Manager and handle building administration matters. Responsibilities Oversee engineering operations and maintenance of Robinsons Offices’ buildings and equipment. Develop and execute a 52-week maintenance program. Coordinate with tenants on technical requirements. Review and ensure compliance of fit-out plans with the approved Construction and Fit-out Guidelines. Recommend improvements for inclusion in OPEX and CAPEX budgets. Implement energy conservation measures. Ensure compliance with the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) and timely recording/processing of tenant utilities for charging. Act as Deputy for the Building Manager, handling building administration matters. What We’re Looking For Licensed Electrical or Mechanical Engineer 2–3 years of experience in engineering operations, repair, and maintenance in commercial or office buildings, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role Strong technical knowledge of building systems and equipment (electric substations and power plants, HVAC, elevators and escalators, water distribution and sewage treatment, fire detection/alarm/protection systems) Excellent analytical, communication and interpersonal skills Willing to work onsite and on a shifting schedule at any Robinsons Offices location within Metro Manila Job Details Employment type: Full-time Seniority level: Entry level Location: Metro Manila area (Robinsons Offices locations) #J-18808-Ljbffr
