Overview IT Assets Management (Procurement & Inventory Officer) – Full-time position. Location: Mandaluyong, Makati and BGC (amenable to work in these areas). Job Functions include procurement, equipment maintenance, inventory management, and related operations to ensure equipment is in good working order and compliant with safety/operational standards. Responsibilities Procurement: Track the status of requisitions, contracts, and orders; perform buying duties when necessary; prepare purchase orders and send copies to suppliers and departments; calculate costs and route invoices; compare prices, specifications, and delivery dates to determine the best option; determine inventory levels and order more materials when needed; check orders on arrival for correctness and conformity to specifications. Equipment Maintenance: Coordinate maintenance and repairs of company assets (laptops, phones, desktops, etc.); monitor preventive and corrective maintenance schedules and asset condition; suggest service centers or shops for maintenance and repairs; request quotations or job orders. Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of equipment (serial numbers, location, condition); track usage and ensure proper storage and security; identify assets for disposal and ensure proper disposal; conduct regular inspections to identify issues. Others: Ensure compliance with applicable legal requirements related to equipment maintenance, operation, and disposal; review and suggest process improvements; perform other tasks as assigned by the President and Executive Management. Qualifications Graduate of Engineering, Architecture or any 4-year business-related course At least 1 year of related work experience in procurement, equipment/facilities maintenance and monitoring Supervisory experience is preferred but not required Familiarity with various office equipment types, their maintenance needs, and basic repair procedures Amenable to work in Mandaluyong, Makati and BGC Job Summary A Procurement and Inventory Officer manages and maintains the organization's equipment and facilities, including inventory, procurement, maintenance, and repair, ensuring equipment is in good working order and meets safety/operational standards.
