Supervisor I, Operations Management

The Bench Talent – Sales Supervisor is part of a structured development program aimed at preparing high-potential individuals for leadership roles within the Sales organization. This role involves intensive training and mentorship to develop leadership competencies, with deployment to a supervisory role upon successful completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage, direct, and coordinate various segments of daily operations.
  • Develop and implement operating policies, processes, and procedures.
  • Plan and coordinate operations and special projects across multiple areas.
  • Participate in onboarding, training, shadowing, and assessments during the Training and Development phase.
  • Learn to manage sales teams, including performance monitoring, coaching, and reporting.
  • Support sales strategies, campaigns, and customer satisfaction initiatives after deployment.
  • Collaborate with marketing and support teams on research, campaigns, and projects.
  • Maintain records of sales activities, pricing, and customer interactions.
  • Ensure team adherence to policies, ethical standards, and activity targets.
  • Conduct coaching, counseling, and performance development for sales staff.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • At least 2 years of leadership experience in sales or relevant sales functions.
  • Strong sales knowledge, coaching, and motivational skills.
  • Excellent communication, relationship management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work in Graveyard Shift.

Additional Internal Candidate Requirements:

  • Current role for at least 1 year.
  • No disciplinary actions or attendance issues in the past 12 months.
  • Successful or above rating in the last performance cycle.
