  • Oversee compliance to safety and security regulations.
  • Plan for development of PMS, Wing van turnaround time and cost efficiency of repairs and maintenance.
  • Review Wing van expenses and approve repairs and maintenance costs.
  • Manage inventories of parts, supplies and assets pertaining to fleet management.
  • Provide reports to management and recommend improvements.
  • Ensure Supervisor and mechanic comply with standard processes and documentations.
  • Monitor and track useful life based on expenses and performance of assets.
  • Drive resolutions on complicated fleet issues not resolved at supervisor’s level.
  • Plan and recommend personnel actions, and people development.
  • Ensure PMS is according to plan and standards.
  • Monitoring and audit fuel utilization. Recommend efficiency measures and control.
  • Ensure compliance to all company policies and directives.
  • Perform other tasks as may be assigned by management.
