We are looking for a Marketplace Operations Manager to develop, moderate, and improve services and solutions in the 90 Seconds marketplace. In this role, you’ll work closely with a cross‑functional team to drive marketplace operations that enable users to unlock the value of the 90 Seconds and ensure excellent customer service and top marketplace supply as we continue to scale. You will be responsible for onboarding and activating the world’s largest Brands and Creator Partners, moderating and developing video production services and solutions, and constantly looking for opportunities to improve and organize the processes most effectively. What you’ll love doing Brand Activations and On‑boarding; Activating Profile / Accounts for the world’s largest Brands and on‑boarding users via screen‑sharing demos of 90 Seconds Product. Recruitment and Technical Activation of Creator Partners; Reviewing submitted Creator Profiles and conducting verification video calls to approve applications for submitted video production skills and roles, identifying gaps in supply and recruiting and activating accordingly, and deactivating certain Creator Profiles. Service Moderation; Moderating of speed, quality, and value across all services that 90 Seconds delivers, including quotes, matching of Creators to gigs, timelines, footage, and videos. Developing Video Production Services and Solutions; Work with the wider team to create and manage productisation of video services and solutions based on market trends. Basic Quoting and Management of Online Orders; Managing the funnel of online quote requests and using 90 Seconds quoting system to respond with a basic budget. Reporting & Intel; Structured reporting of key performance metrics to the company regarding moderation, service performance, and user engagement, pricing analysis and data aggregation to support big deals and RFP conversions. Live Support; Engaging in inbound conversations with users via Intercom (live chat) providing quality customer service. Leadership Support; Building and ensuring the increased customer experience. Knowledge of AI Video Tools; Basic understanding of AI‑powered tools used in video production, including applications for video editing, script generation, and AI‑based image and video generation, to effectively onboard AI‑powered creators. Who you are You are a highly structured and analytical operational thinker, with impeccable attention to detail, you enjoy working with systems and processes. You have previous experience with Marketplace or SaaS products, or experience developing and managing the productisation of video services and solutions. High threshold for working in an ambiguous, fast‑paced environment – figuring it out and adapting as you go. A willingness to roll up sleeves to get it done. Great communication skills and strong business acumen. You’re true to your customers and passionate about wow‑ing them every day. You don’t just deliver what’s expected, you dream big and are obsessed with making improvements. Tech‑savvy and the ability to learn and adopt new software competence.
