Overview

Serve as the main contact for assigned fleet campaigns, responsible for managing and overseeing the overall fleet operations. Ensure teams are aligned/briefed on action items and timelines. Proactively communicate campaign status to stakeholders and raise concerns with recommended actions. Collaborate with suppliers to ensure campaign needs are met. Provide complete Weekly and End Of Campaign reports and conduct stakeholder meetings to discuss results. Ensure billing amounts are correct based on prepared reports.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main contact for assigned fleet campaigns and oversee overall fleet operations.
  • Ensure teams are aligned and briefed on action items and timelines.
  • Proactively communicate campaign status to stakeholders in a timely manner.
  • Raise concerns/issues/risks to stakeholders with recommended action items/solutions.
  • Collaborate with suppliers to ensure campaign needs are delivered; conduct meetings as needed for 100% alignment.
  • Provide complete Weekly and End Of Campaign reports; conduct meetings with stakeholders to discuss results.
  • Ensure correct billing amounts based on prepared reports.

Qualifications

  • Experience: Fleet Management – 1 year (Required)
  • Skills: Excellent Project Management and Communication, vendor management, data handling and reporting, MS Office and Google Workspace proficiency.
  • Ability to work independently; able to work 2x/week in the office.
  • Preferably background in marketing/advertising campaign operations.
