Overview
- Our Technical Support Representatives are vital members of our company. You will field customer inquiries and provide solutions that help create excellent customer experiences. Responsibilities :

  • Provide excellent customer service through active listening
  • Work with confidential customer information in a secure manner
  • Aim to resolve issues on the first call by being proactive
  • Appropriately and adequately communicate with customers

Qualifications :

  • Filipino citizen or with equivalent legal status
  • Proven oral and written English communication skills
  • Strong logic and problem-solving skills
  • Availability to work in various shifts
  • Skill in using Windows operating systems
  • Organization and work prioritization skills
  • TP PRNQE / TP TGG / TP MKTI / TP ANPLO (location/service codes may apply)

Job Types : Full-time, Permanent

Salary : Php22,000.00 - Php28,000.00 per month (location dependent)

Job Summary
A Service Supervisor is responsible for upkeep of the company’s assets deployed across locations, via on-site and remote implementations. This role requires analytical capability, reporting, and team leadership.

Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Remote and on-site asset technical support, updating and documentation
  • Hardware and software installation and configurations
  • Periodic on-site asset maintenance
  • Assist in research and development of IT hardware requirements
  • Monthly and concurrent processing of COP, COC, COI
  • Oversee and manage the team

Requirements :

  • Graduate of Computer, IT or related field
  • Experience in remote and on-site technical support, hardware and software installation and configurations
  • Minimum 7 years of experience; 3+ years of team management
  • Willing to work onsite (Ortigas) and do field work if needed
  • No derogatory records

Job Types : Full-time, Permanent
