The Role

As a System Support Specialist , you will be responsible for resolving issues affecting loans, and cards Process Maker system process, overseeing day-to-day ProcessMaker operation support of loans and cards process, ensuring successful execution and testing of ProcessMaker system enhancements for loans and cards process, and assist business unit with day-to-day system inquiries, clarification, and system enhancement proposal.

How you\'ll contribute

  • Provide ProcessMaker support and assistance to the business unit of the bank in addressing system issues, bugs and limitations affecting loans and cards process.
  • Escalate reported issues on ProcessMaker system and applications to appropriate units.
  • Conduct case investigations on ProcessMaker and coordinate with various business units and ITG groups to provide accurate resolution to the problem.
  • Assist and provide recommendations to businesses and operations for process improvement and ProcessMaker.
  • Attend various System proposal meetings, Sprint, and scrum meetings.
  • Validate UAT scenarios prepared by business or operation on the requested ProcessMaker enhancement.
  • Perform ProcessMaker UAT and prepare test scripts and other documentation for process enhancements.
  • Prepare communication guidelines to processors and users regarding status or changes in the process.
  • Establish and maintain a monitoring system via available applications (i.e., MS Teams, Productivity worksheet, web-based ticketing system) to track the status and progress of each case/concern and ensure on-time processing and resolution of the request.
  • Performs other related tasks and duties that may be assigned from time to time.

What we\'re looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or IT-related degrees
  • Fresh graduate or less than 1 year of experience
  • Preferably with basic knowledge in PHP, JQUERY, HTML, and/or SQL
  • MS Office Application Knowledge
  • Highly Analytical
  • Team Player
  • Willing to work extended hours
