Under the supervision of the Circle Leaders, the primary objective of the Customer Experience Executive position is to provide world-class service to our customers in an accurate, efficient, and respectful manner on every call as measured by different performance metrics.
Responsibilities- Provide world-class service to customers on every call, meeting performance metrics for accuracy, efficiency, and respect.
- Educational Attainment: At least a Senior High School Graduate
- Desired Years Of Experience: At least 6 months of experience in a customer service industry
- Desired Industry Exposure: BPO Industry, customer service-oriented environment
- Desired Role Exposure: Prior BPO experience or at least in a customer-service industry, specifically sales
- Minimum Requirements: At least Sr. High School graduate
- With Excellent English Communication (Oral and Written)
- Experience on the phone, email and live chat support is preferred but not required
- Strong verbal and written communication and comprehension skills
- Amenable to reporting on-site
- Seniority level: Entry level
