About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Content Strategist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining, executing, and optimizing our content strategy to achieve business goals and enhance our online presence. This role will be divided into two main areas of focus: Front-end Strategy and Back-end Strategy. Work hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM PHT (subject to flexibility and change upon prior notice) Work set-up: Predominantly work from home (may be required to report to Mandaluyong or Makati offices when needed) What you’ll do Front-end Strategy Define a clear and actionable strategy that aligns with business goals. Refine brand messaging to ensure consistency and effectiveness. Create and communicate a compelling content value proposition. Develop and execute an editorial strategy that ensures consistent and engaging content across all channels. Establish and maintain content standards, including style, tone of voice, and other essential guidelines. Back-end Strategy Optimize content workflow, management, and governance, providing valuable insights and action items to improve team efficiency. Monitor and analyze content performance, making recommendations based on what’s working, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Implement data-driven tactics to enhance impressions, clicks, CTR, and conversion rates. Ensure all content is repurposed and optimized for relevant B2B distribution channels in alignment with SLA and processes of social media, video, email, website/platform, SEO, and analytics teams. Continuously experiment with emerging platforms, formats, and tools (including AI) to identify new growth opportunities and scalable distribution models. What You Bring Your skills matter to us more than years of experience, although a good baseline is if you have 5 plus years of building your skills and proving results. Proven track record in SEO, social media, CRM, online publication/magazine, website launch, and website relaunch. Experience working cohesively with a multicultural team in B2B, advertising, fintech, and other client-focused industries. Demonstrated success in a startup environment, delivering value that impacts the company’s bottom line. Preferred experience in online PR, link building, and outreach. Hands-on experience with leading content and SEO platforms (e.g., Semrush, GA4, GSC), plus proven ability to evaluate and integrate emerging tools, including AI-driven writing, analytics, and workflow automation. Curious and experimental, with a future-proof mindset, proactively tests new tools, formats, and platforms to stay ahead of industry trends. Targets Increase quality traffic growth across TOFU (Top of Funnel), MOFU (Middle of Funnel), and BOFU (Bottom of Funnel) stages. Increase reach outside the Philippines, specifically targeting key international locations. Key Performance Indicators: Develop content that is repurposed and optimized for all relevant B2B distribution channels. Align content strategy with SLA and processes for social media, video, email, website/platform, SEO, and analytics teams. Demonstrate measurable innovation by piloting and documenting at least one new content tool, workflow, or platform per quarter, tied to growth outcomes (traffic, authority, or engagement).
