Our Trust & Safety Product and Operations team safeguards our clients\' platforms, users, and brands by developing cutting-edge tools, optimizing operational workflows, and ensuring the seamless execution of our safety strategies. We work with Operations, Product, Quality, and Learning Experience (LX) to address complex challenges and uphold high standards of online trust. Key Responsibilities Policy Expertise & Guidance: Act as the primary subject-matter expert for Trust & Safety policies, providing clear interpretations, actionable insights, and robust support to operations, quality, and LX teams. Operational Alignment: Collaborate with Operations, Quality, and LX to analyze policy effectiveness, identify pain points in application, and recommend practical, action-oriented solutions for improved efficiency and consistency. Client & Stakeholder Consultation: Advise internal leaders and client contacts on policy; provide concise recommendations balancing user safety, product goals, and commercial realities. Trend Analysis & Recommendations: Monitor policy application, spot emerging trends or issues, and offer data-driven suggestions for policy refinement and program enhancement, including tracking regulatory developments and AI impacts on policy design and enforcement. Global Collaboration & Scalability: Collaborate across global, multicultural, and multilingual teams to design scalable solutions that drive positive business outcomes. Qualifications 5+ years of experience in Trust & Safety policy, operations, content moderation, or a similar analytical and operational role. Proven ability to create and refine policy in partnership with large-scale operations or BPO environments. Demonstrated experience turning regulatory or legal guidance into frontline-ready SOPs. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing directions with limited guidance. Experience working across global, multicultural, and multilingual teams, solving ambiguous problems and driving scaled solutions. Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to spot trends and provide data-backed solutions. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to articulate complex policy concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
