Overview Our client is looking for a highly motivated and resourceful Personal Marketing Assistant to support them across various side projects and marketing initiatives. This role blends marketing execution, light virtual assistant tasks, and independent problem-solving. You’ll be the client’s go-to person – someone who can take direction, run with tasks, figure things out, and help drive marketing-related initiatives forward with minimal hand-holding. What You'll Do Assist with a variety of marketing projects (email campaigns, social media, content coordination, etc.) Execute marketing tasks across different brands or side projects Create, edit, or coordinate basic marketing materials (graphics, copy, landing pages) Conduct light research and organize information as needed Perform occasional admin or VA-type tasks when necessary (e.g., scheduling, follow-ups) Work directly with Brandon to translate high-level ideas into actionable steps Communicate proactively and manage priorities across multiple small projects What We're Looking For Solid marketing background (generalist is great – social, email, content, etc.) Ability to self-manage and figure things out with minimal direction Strong communication skills (written and verbal) Comfortable working on multiple unrelated tasks or brands at once Bonus if you have design skills (e.g., Canva, basic Adobe, etc.) English proficiency is a must Nice to Have Experience working with entrepreneurs or startups Familiarity with tools like Notion, Trello, Google Workspace, or Slack Portuguese or Spanish fluency (not required but appreciated) Client Relationship: You will be directly working with the client. This means that you will communicate with the client, provide services, and address any client-related matters independently. Payment: All payments for your services will be handled directly by the client. Elevate and Delegate is not involved in processing your payroll. Your salary will go directly to you. Vacation Leaves and Holidays: While we may have recommendations or guidelines regarding vacation leaves and holidays, the decision is entirely at the discretion of the client. You are expected to align your schedule with the client's business needs and any specific policies or preferences they may have in this regard.
