Product Support Coordinator - with Tourplan experience Full Time • Hybrid • Reporting to Products Team Lead – Manila Job purpose: INA Prime Solutions is our BPO line of business in Manila. Key responsibilities: Product Loading – manage product loading, updating supplier information, and ensuring accuracy in the database. Contract Review – review terms and conditions, identify potential problem areas, and proactively address them. Quality Control – perform quality control on contracts to assure correct database loading. Stakeholder Liaison – liaise with Product Managers and internal departments to resolve discrepancies and support smooth operations. Ad‑hoc tasks – assist with other operational tasks as needed. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel management or equivalent. At least 3 years of relevant experience in the travel industry, preferably in contract loading. Minimum 3 years hands‑on experience in Tourplan. Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and interpersonal skills. Excellent prioritization and deadline‑management skills. Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook. Detail‑oriented, with ability to concentrate for extended periods. Benefits: Competitive salary with performance incentives.
